Restaurant Style Salsa

I tend to use lots of lime juice, cilantro, and usually Serrano instead of Jalapeno.
- 28 oz canned whole tomatoes
- 2 cans rotel original (tomatoes and chilies)
- 1/2 onion
- 1 fresh jalapeno= mild, 2 fresh jalapenos= medium, 3 fresh jalapenos= hot
- pinch sugar
- tbsp garlic
- 1 cup fresh cilantro
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- juice of 1 lime
- Dump everything into food processor or blender
- Pulse several times for a chunky salsa or blend it all together
